As suggested in yesterday's update, the game scheduled against Melbourne City in Melbourne for next Wednesday (January 19th) appears that it will not proceed.
The entry for this match in the KEEPUP app for Match Week 8 shows the fixture as being "Postponed".
The postponing of this game is in addition to the following fixtures having previously been postponed due to COVID:
- Home game against Wellington Phoenix originally scheduled for 27th December 2021
- Home game against Macarthur FC originally scheduled for 31st December 2021
- Away game against Brisbane Roar originally scheduled for 9th January 2022
- Home game against Newcastle Jets originally scheduled for 15th January 2022
Details of when the postponed fixtures will be played have not yet been determined and will be advised once known.
