The Central Coast Mariners (CCM) have communicated today that the game scheduled for tomorrow afternoon (Saturday 15th January) against the Newcastle Jets has now been postponed due to a COVID-19 outbreak within the Jets squad.

The postponing of this game is in addition to the following fixtures having previously been postponed due to COVID:
- Home game against Wellington Phoenix originally scheduled for 27th December 2021
- Home game against Macarthur FC originally scheduled for 31st December 2021
- Away game against Brisbane Roar originally scheduled for 9th January 2022
Details of when the postponed fixtures will be played have not yet been determined and will be advised once known.
In FFA Cup news, the Mariners will play their semi-final against Sydney FC in Sydney on Tuesday, 18th January 2022. The game will be played at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium at Kogarah with kick-off at 7:00pm.
There has not been any communication as to whether the Mariner's match against Melbourne City in Melbourne the following evening will proceed. Unofficial information indicates that this match will also be postponed to allow the FFA Cup match against Sydney to be held.
